This project was executed in the Wollongong Central Business District, New South Wales. It features a square set finish, with all stairs and certain door reveals being plastered and squared. We utilized 13 mm plasterboards for the walls and 10 mm for the ceiling. Furthermore, an expansion joint was installed between the ground and the first floor to mitigate the risk of future cracks and accommodate the natural expansion and contraction of building materials resulting from temperature fluctuations, moisture, and other influencing factors.
